Executive Assistant to the General Counsel and Chief Risk Office
Independently coordinates all administrative activities for the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer and other division personnel, as requested.
Provides diversified secretarial and administrative support to the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.
Collects, organizes and assembles agenda material for distribution to directors prior to monthly Board meetings; transcribes minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and related committees.
Handles highly confidential/sensitive corporate records and other information; processes invoices, prepares expense statements; orders and maintains office supplies and equipment.
Using initiative and judgment, acts as liaison for General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer with all contacts, including executive management, Bank officers and employees, members of the Board of Directors, member institutions, outside counsel, Federal Housing Finance Board, congressional staff, trade groups, and others.
Maintains a complete central filing system for all Bank records and for the files of the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.
Processes and has access to confidential business and personal information relating to the Bank, its board of directors, members of the Advisory Council, officers, and employees.
Using discretion, coordinates appointment calendars for internal/external meetings of the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer, including making travel arrangements, preparing travel itineraries and schedules, and collecting and organizing material for various meetings.
Assists in the preparation of various components of the division budget and provides support for preparation of the budget for the Board of Directors (including fees and travel expenses). Monitors budget variance reports.
Provides diversified secretarial and administrative support to executive management and to other division personnel, as requested.
Prepares presentation materials for the Board of Directors meetings, Executive Management Committee meetings, and other bankwide meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s degree with a minimum of five years of executive assistant experience for a senior executive or the equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Must be a self-starter and possess excellent clerical and administrative skills.
Possess the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management systems.
Attention to detail and the ability to successfully work on multiple projects.
