Executive Assistant to Human Resources Executive

Role:
•Provide administrative and personal support for Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Chief People Officer including phone coverage, writing correspondence, filing, faxing, expense reports, etc.
•Determine importance of meeting requests and scheduling accordingly
•Prepare detailed presentations and spreadsheets for internal and external use
•Arrange domestic and international travel and all accommodations including comprehensive and detailed itineraries
•Handle all incoming and outgoing calls keeping detailed records
•Be versed in dealing and interacting with high caliber executives
•Interface with Executives and administrative teams
•Coordinate meetings, events and organizing materials for participants
•Assist in facilitation of onboarding activities
•Conduct Internet research in various areas
•Respond to various employee questions and concerns
•Producr ad-hoc reports on an as needed basis
•Perform additional duities/special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•2-3 years administrative experience
•Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
•Excellent MS Office skills (primarily Excel, Outlook)
•Strong communication skills, written and oral
•Ability to multi task and prioritize, given direction, in a fast paced environment.
•1 year human resources experience is a plus
•Motivated, pleasant, good sense of humor, good judgement, willing to learn
