Executive Adminstrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administrative support functions including, but not limited to: organizing, prioritizing and summarizing the content of incoming materials, correspondence, communications, and email.

nbsp; Position will demand extensive development and creation of written materials, communications, documentation, memos, and internal messaging targeting a variety of audiences and levels of management; must be accustomed to dealing with highly confidential materials and documents.

- Word processing, faxing, Excel spread sheet development and strong emphasis in PowerPoint presentations from conceptual information to completion.


In Executive's absence, ensures the timely communication of requests, issues, complaints, problems and other actions items.

- Provides facilitative support of a highly complex and responsible nature to Executive management and provides analysis relative to ongoing corporate initiatives.

- Review and prioritizes the Executive calendar, schedule travel, event planning, developing presentations and will act as intermediary on behalf of Executive; anticipate, prepare and compile materials for meetings and conferences on own initiative; perform follow-up as directed.

- This person will work independently and exercise excellent judgment in order to reflect the Executive's styles and values; Must be able to develop credibility on the Executive's behalf with the Executive Team; Must demonstrate flexibility and working in a fast changing env!

- Provides support for all of Executive's direct reports, including scheduling of calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

- This person will interface with various groups around headcount changes / additions within the Executive's department. REQUIREMENTS


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Successful candidate will have strong background in a supporting role, of Executive level staff.

- Successful candidate will have excellen!
t organizational and written/verbal communication skills as well as the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

- Candidate must demonstrate flexibility.

- Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience with strong interpersonal and follow-up !

- Attention to detail a must and business savvy is critical; Project management abilities with solid analytical skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and navigating the Internet is a must.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in maintaining confidential information including financial information, personnel issues and company mail.

- Deal effectively with all levels of company management, as well as outside investors and analysts.
