Executive Administrative
Kelly Service, Fortune 500 Company, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work in the San Francisco office of a leading Computer Company. This position will support multiple business units and/or a CEO in various capacities. This candidate will be in charge of expense reports, travel scheduling, faxing, coping, filing, e-mailing and mail. He/She must be able to handle highly confidential and critical information; prepare, modify and produce presentations; plan company offsite meetings and local marketing events (venue selection, menu selection, accommodations, audio-visual equipment coordination as necessary).
Desirable Qualities:
- Have administrative experience, preferably in a medium-larger sized corporation/office environment.
- Be courteous, prompt, and timely and have good attention to detail.
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage their time effectively.
- Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Providing impeccable customer service internally and externally.
- Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally i.e. check email, forward to appropriate parties and reply timely with priority to editing requests or technical support requests.
- Innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes.
- Possesses strong ability for multitasking and leadership.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- 3-5 years previous assisting experience, preferably as an EA or Admin III.
