Classification: Temporary Compensation: $16.20 to $19.20 per hour A company in Golden Valley is searching for an Executive Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a can do positive attitude, be a self starter, very organized, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access, strong interpersonal skills, easy going, have a sense of humor, thrive in stressful environments, be flexible, able to be resource for others in the company, and have at least 5 years executive admin experience.
Duties include but are not limited to; typing memos, filing, extensive travel arrangements, assisting with board meeting preparation, Power Point presentations, and anything else that might be asked.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
