Evening Positions in Customer Service

Purpose: Our client is one of the world's largest banks. We are currently providing hiring support for permanent positions in their call center. Customer service representatives will communicate with the bank's customers over the telephone regarding customers personal checking and savings accounts. Customer Service Representatives handle approximately 80-100 calls per day. Associates will be responsible for providing support to a large segment of customer service functions, while utilizing appropriate tools and systems to ensure first contact resolution. The bank is looking for career oriented candidates who are looking for greater opportunities. There are 7 weeks of paid training to become familiar with the bank's services, policies, and procedures.

Shifts:

We currently are hiring for the following shifts (Full-Time Evenings 11:15-8pm, 12:30-9:15pm, 1:15-10pm, 2:30-11:15pm, 3:15-midnight)
Qualifications:

- Entry Level candidates encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to communicate on all levels effectively and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- At least one year proven Customer Service Experience preferred, not required
-Must be at least 18
