We seek a talented customer service professional with exceptional data entry skills to join our Golden Valley, MN team. As the Enrollment Specialist, you would register members into an online system, analyze data for accuracy and take inbound client calls as needed. The primary responsibilities include:


Taking a census for new enrollment groups


Reviewing the case implementation forms


Reviewing all product relating to life and disability insurance


Performing enrollment analyses prior to member registration


Reviewing products and case installation forms


Handling enrollment discrepancies and issues


Taking incoming calls from customers


Making outbound follow-up calls to clients as needed

Job Requirements:

The candidate must have a solid customer service and data entry history in a business environment. Customer service experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is preferred. Experience working for a new/start-up business is a plus. Good typing skills are needed. Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
