BASIC FUNCTION:
Provide accurate review and processing of incoming enrollment information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Process incoming subscriber additions, terminations and changes accurately and within the given time frames in KELLY enrollment & billing system as well as all relevant insurance carrier systems.
2.Ensure that all applications are entered consistent with carrier performance standards regarding quality and timeliness, as well as internal performance standards.
3.Research and accurately process any necessary retroactive adjustments in the KELLY system and all relevant insurance carrier systems.
4.Communicate effectively and interact well with personnel in all other KELLY departments.
5.Ensure that all written correspondence sent to carriers is accurate and professionally presented.
6.Maintain knowledge of internal KELLY billing & enrollment procedures and computer systems, as well as all relevant carrier billing & enrollment procedures and systems.
7.Maintain a good working relationship with enrollment & billing staff insurance carriers working with KELLY.
8.Assist the with QA and Administrative tasks as necessary.
9.Assist the Major Accounts Team with enrollments as necessary
10. Complete other miscellaneous duties/projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
QUALITIES/CHARACTERISTICS/ SKILLS NECESSARY:
1.Experienced and skilled in Windows based computer systems and professional courtesies as normally developed through four years of college and/or equivalent work experience.
2.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
3.Expends sufficient effort to meet day-to-day and special objectives.
4.Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
5.Honest and able to honor confidentiality.
6.Diligent in details, highly organized.
7.Willing to assist supervisor with tasks other than those specifically assigned to him/her.
8.Willing to accept new assignments as deemed necessary by supervisor.
9.Loyal to team members and company. Ability and desire to be a team player.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED:
A formal written job evaluation / performance appraisal will usually be given at least once every 12 months.
STANDARD HOURS:
Minimum hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives. Flexibility to work additional hours and days worked as needed is expected.
