The Employee Relations Specialist at SAIF Corporation assists the employee relations and employment manager in consulting with managers and employees on employment practices aimed at maximizing employee performance and satisfaction. The Employee Relations Specialist serves as an advocate for the employee, but balances that with coaching managers on the effective use of human resources policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. At SAIF, a non-union environment, we recognize that each situation is unique and we try to find innovative solutions to employee issues.

REQUIREMENTS
If you are a human resources professional with experience in employee relations and internal investigations, with a strong knowledge of HR laws, we’d like to hear from you. Exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills, along with flexibility and the ability to come up with innovative solutions to personnel issues will help you to be successful in this position.
