Emergency Road Service Specialist

You can really make a difference here, providing telephone support and assistance that helps calm people down in roadside emergency situations.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional phone etiquette, excellent customer service abilities and high school diploma (or equivalent) required, along with basic PC proficiency and good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Six months of Call Center and/or telephone customer service experience preferred but not required. Candidates must successfully pass our Call Center assessment and must be able to work 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (weekend work required and two days off during the week).
