About the Position:

This part-time, temporary Education Support Coordinator position will provide administrative back-up support for the training implementation team. Helps manage the customer training statement project, works directly with customers to address their training needs and processes training registrations/confirmations. This position is approximately 24 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS
Principal Responsibilities:

Contact for ILT training course information, schedules and registration for Kronos customers. Inquiries are submitted by email or phone.

Maintains up to date class rosters using training registration software, OnTrack.

Works with Kronos field offices to ensure customer training has been paid for and correctly entered into the Order Entry software. Works directly with existing customers if payment is required to obtain paperwork and process invoice in BPCS.

Verify that all course prerequisites have been met by students before they are confirmed into a training course.

Provides students with course confirmation information including class information, office directions and hotel information.

Processes training orders/creditsfor Education Operations team.

Provides backup support as requested by the Education Operastions team.
