Job Description:
This company is an e-commerce company in need of Technical Support Representatives for their small, but dynamic Technical Support Team. As a Technical Support Representative, the successful candidates will assist customers in their on-line experience by providing excellent customer service and technical support via phone (inbound only).

Proven customer service skills: Ability to develop a strong rapport early in the call with customers, positive attitude, active listener, excellent customer interaction via written and verbal communication, ability to teach customers of varying experience levels how to use online tools, action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and strong follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize effective technical and customer service skills to troubleshoot, research, respond to and resolve complex questions and problems, able to adhere to internal policies, procedures and timeframe guidelines.

High-degree of computer literacy: (Microsoft Office, Windows, and CRM software experience preferred) comfort-level with PCs and learning new technology ability to perform general internet-based problem solving fluency with internet browser navigation.
