IPS currently is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits customer service representative. This position is in a conscientious company with a high standard of excellence and the latest technology. We are looking for a candidate with an interest in long term employment.

The Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative will assist in the administration of various employee benefits plans and will perform exceptional customer service by effectively interacting with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:

Insurance industry experience a must
Valid California Insurance License
Minimum two years experience in group health or employee benefits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Agency management system experience, Sagitta and word processing
