EEO Analyst/Specialist – Human Resources
(80K to 90K/year). Full Time

Affirmative Action Analysis/Specialist
Administers and oversees the implementation and evaluation of the Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO), and Affirmative Action program. Develops, modifies, and maintains employment practices to support regulatory and business requirements in compliance with the department of Labor. Requires as Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 5 to 7+ years experience in the field or related areas. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of task.
The ideal candidate should have experience with EEO and AA. For now however, I really need someone who could hit the ground running since we are currently immersed in two AA compliance evaluations/audit in the mid-Atlantic and southern regions. I need someone who has experience generating AAP's and related compliance reports. The person should also have experience (5-7 yrs) handling AA compliance evaluations conducted by the OFCCP. He or she should be able to generate and analyze employment activity and compensation reports for adverse impact. Experience with People clicks CAAMS program is a big plus.
