DYMANIC SALES OFFICE COORDINATOR WANTED!

Essential Functions:
Provides organizational assistance and support to the Sales Department, Sales Team Leader and Vice President of Corporate Sales. Work performed includes a broad range of responsibilities involving responding to routine and non-routine correspondence, researching and setting up incoming leads, responding to visitors, operator assisted phone calls and is first line of contact for general sales calls.
Administers prospect/customer database, entering, reviewing and editing data for accuracy. Distributes sales correspondence received via mail, fax and e-mail. Assists prospects/customers by handling basic inquiries about products or services. Directs customers to web-site for internet processing of blank product orders. Acts as a liaison between the Sales Consultant, Customer Service and the customer with regard to project status follow-up, requesting or providing Researches credit checks for all new customers from credit application. Obtains credit term approval from VP of Corporate Sales. Updates customer database and notifies Sales Consultant and Corporate Benefits & Payroll Administrator of customers’ credit status, terms and credit limit. Obtains internet sales from the accounting department daily. Prepares and maintains sales reports on Intranet (Monthly/Daily Booked and Billed job reports) and on the Sales Information board outside the sales office. Files job jackets weekly or as needed.
Meters daily mail, packages and sample packets. Assists Shipping & Receiving Clerk in preparing sample packets, taking mail to the post office, as well as sorting and distributing mail as needed. Prepares packages of product samples as requested by the Sales Team.
Updates Admore pricing spreadsheets as needed. Label Provides Sales Department motivation. Maintains Sales Department information on intranet and on sales board outside the sales office.
Performs administrative assistance and research support to Director of Administration & Graphic Communications and COO. Work performed includes a broad range of complex non-routine responsibilities involving compiling reports, researching and furnishing information, scheduling meetings pertinent to the Sales Department.
Gathers and examines information relating to the sale of company products. Conducts market research using a variety of techniques such as surveys and comparison to competitor’s products. Provides statistical reports to sales and executive level management and assists with the development of plans for marketing and advertising.
Assists Director of Administration & Graphic Communications with implementing marketing campaigns, sales, and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Exercises considerable judgment and discretion in completing all assignments.
Provides assistance with special projects when needed. May be asked to assist Customer Service and Accounting in processing customer orders as the need prevails.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:

Must be well organized and detailed-oriented with ability to think on feet, handle a variety of functions and High school diploma required, some college preferred
3 to 5 years experience providing administrative Experience working in a sales, marketing or Experience with Customer Resource Management systems, Microsoft CRM system experience a plus
Proficient in knowledge and use of computer directory and filing systems, the latest versions of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, XP operating system) Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal guidance/instruction and supervision
Displays initiative to learn new skills or take on additional responsibility.
