Driver Compliance Administrator - Risk Management Department

The qualified candidate will be responsible for administering the company's Driver certification/compliance screening program for all employees operating company-provided vehicles and all employees transporting children in a van or bus. Maintenance of all Driver files in accordance with company standards and according to laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:

- Administer Driver compliance procedures for all locations, including motor vehicle records review.
Administer Driver compliance procedures for all locations, including substance abuse and alcohol testing protocols for post offer/pre-employment, as well as random and post-accident testing.
Maintain consistent legal compliance with all established federal and state regulations governing Drivers transporting children.
Maintain high quality and efficient administration of Driver compliance procedures.
Process accounting functions for payment of vendors affiliated with Driver compliance programs.


Experience and Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework desired.
1+ years of administrative experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Knowledge of insurance and legal terminology highly desired.
Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office software, along with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
Excellent customer services skills required.
Ability to efficiently communicate ideas and issues, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is highly desired.
