Estenson Logistics is very successful logistics company providing dedicated contract transportation to high profile customers such as Home Depot, Dreyer’s Ice Cream, and Universal Forest Products.

Looking for individual who can problem solve and implement solutions to issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:• Will be dispatching Class A Drivers.• Responsible for customer satisfaction, equipment utilization, and compliance with DOT regulations.• Ensure all loads are dispatched and delivered on time.• Understand and execute our commitment to the customer each and every day.• Develop a safe and efficient driver pool that has a "can do" team philosophy.• Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment• Willing to back up with administrative duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient in Word and Excel1 year dispatch experience including load planning and customer service.1 year 15 plus driver supervision including a complete knowledge of all DOT/OSHA rules and regulations.Class A license.Hours are varied
Transportation experience preferred*Independent self-starter who also works wellwith supervision*Must have an extensive knowledge of Arizona cities and freeways!
