Director of Social Services

Valley View Retirement Community is looking for a qualified Director of Social Services in Junction City. This position requires the ability to lead others, provide organizational, clinical, and interpersonal skills. Valley View Retirement Community is a continuing care retirement community. REQUIREMENTS
It is preferred that the successful candidates will have a Masters Degree in Social Work, and be a current Licensed Social Worker, have at least 3 years of Social Work experience in long-term care or other health care setting, and working with the elderly is preferred. Knowledge of outside resources, long-term care regulations, and documentation experience including assessments, MDS, and care planning. Individuals must also be supportive of Valley View’s efforts to improve the lives of the individuals living and working at Valley View. Base pay will be determined upon experience
