Director of Marketing and Enrollment Enhancement

Description: Lexington Christian Academy is accepting applications for a Director of Marketing and Enrollment Enhancement. This person will report directly to the Head of School. Responsibilities will include:
Enhancement of Admissions
Development and execution of marketing plan and recruitment goals
Coordination and production of marketing materials
Promotion of the marketing strategic plan through the Academy’s web site
Active recruitment of targeted groups as identified in strategic plan
Assuming responsibility for off-site recruitment, community and professional relationships and partnerships
Exhibiting leadership in the admissions process
Serving as the Academy’s Designated School Officer for Homeland Security
Serving on the Financial Aid Committee
Coordinating external and internal communications

This is a full-time, 12-month position. Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience and/or qualifications. Other information is available at the LCA web address: lca.edu

Lexington Christian Academy is a grade 6-12, independent college preparatory school that exists to educate young men and women in the arts and sciences in the context of the historic Christian faith.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be a strategic planner who possesses excellent people skills and takes initiative to follow up with all tasks.Expertise at a marketing management level with an understanding of how marketing integrates with all areas of school life including technology is required.Applicant must be an effective leader amongst his/her colleagues and possess the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects.Equally important is understanding and sharing the historic Christian faith, the lens through which we view all educational activities, and thus being able to promote enthusiastically the mission of the school.
