REQUIREMENTS
CENTER DIRECTOR
Role: Responsible for the total operation and management of the Laser Vision Center including:
Primary Responsibilities:
Motivate and inspires staff to achieve high standards, Persuasive fair leader who handles tough issues in a timely manner while maintaining the highest integrity.
Sets high standards and challenging goals, gains commitment from team members and persists in spite of obstacles.
An effective communicator both verbally and in writing who utilizes good listening skills and keeps others informed.
Provides regular coaching and performance feedback, identifies developmental needs and creates plans.
Anticipates hiring needs, selects quality associates, while building a team of diverse strengths.
Manages schedules and time commitment, takes on additional responsibilities as needed and completes projects in a timely manner.
Understands the local Optical Market and is focused on becoming the Market Leader by providing excellent patient care.
Committed to building "Raving Fans" and a word of mouth referral business by providing excellent customer service and high degree of patient satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong management and interpersonal skills required; Ophthalmology, optical or other medical background is highly preferred.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required
OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN
Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Performing various pre/post op exams
Preparing patients for treatment and assisting physicians during treatment
Experience in the medical field is required; optical field experience is highly preferred but not essential.
COA/COT/COMT experience preferred, but not essential.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/FRONT DESK
Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsible for patient counseling, facilitating patient flow and providing a strong commitment to customer service.
Experience in the medical field; sales experience preferred but not essential
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required
