Dental Practice Management Consultant

Mercer Advisors, a national company providing a wide range of financial and practice management services to the dental community, is currently seeking a Dental Practice Management Specialist to join the team providing comprehensive management and business planning advice to their dental clients.

The Dental Practice Management Specialist (title: Dental Practice Consultant) must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Dental Office Management. The ideal candidate would have:A strong background (5+ yrs) in dental office management and/or administration.Preferably clinical experience in the form of clinical dental assistant and/or hygiene.Multiple office experience a plus.Candidates must also have demonstrated abilities in internal and external marketing, financial, management and dental software technology.Extensive experience/qualification in managing the financial and business strategies for the practice with interaction with outside accountants a plus.Practice consultants who have worked with dental practices are also welcome.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must enjoy traveling for extended periods, thrive in an environment of self-direction and function with minimal supervision.
