Dental Office Manager, Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant
Gentle Dental Group owns and operates ten dental offices in Broward and Palm Beach counties in Southeast Florida. Our group is principally comprised of larger, multi-specialty dental offices with some having multiple dentists and hygienists. The offices are professionally managed, well-established and very busy. Our offices serve a broad clientele of patients including private/cash patients, indemnity insurance, PPO plans and certain DMO plans.

We are seeking top candidates for the following positions:
1. Regional Office Manager (Full-time) Broward County. Responsibility for managing overall operations of 3 or more dental offices within our group. Compensation commensurate with experience ranging from $45,000 to $70,000 including salary and performance bonuses. 2. Dental Office Manager (Full-time): Palm Beach County. Compensation commensurate with experience and based upon the size and demands of the particular office ranging from $35,000 to $60,000 including salary and performance bonuses. Specific Requirements for all Dental Assistants: Must be able to professionally assist dentists chairside as directed in a fast-paced environment, follow sterilization, charting, office protocol and other policies and procedures, make temporary crowns/bridges, pack cord, learn insurance plans, enter treatment plans in computer system, present cases to patients, greet patients and be a team player doing "what is necessary"!
Specific Requirements for Front Desk/Receptionists: Must be able to efficiently perform (multi-tasking) all usual dental front desk functions in a busy office (including answering phones, scheduling, appointment confirmation, posting treatment and payments, working with insurance and submitting e-claims, filing, handling patient issues, etc.), adhere to office protocol, policies and procedures, master dental insurance plans, and most importantly be a team player doing "whatever is necessary"!
Specific Job Requirements for Regional Manager/Office Managers: The successful applicant will have a minimum of THREE (3) years experience in managing a busy dental office, have extensive experience with and knowledge of dental insurance plans (including indemnity, PPO and DMO plans), be able to multi-task effectively, (d) demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills, be able to effectively implement directives, policies and procedures necessary for the efficient operation of the office and achieve performance goals, and be a very strong "people person" with the ability to effectively resolve staff and patient issues and "make people happy!".
Requirements for all Positions:
Unless otherwise specified, at least ONE year of EXPERIENCE for the specific position is REQUIRED. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus!
Experience with Dentrix Software is a strong plus
