REQUIREMENTS
RHIA, RHIT or registry-eligible preferred; other coding credentials considered
1 year DRG coding experience in an acute-care facility
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and AHA coding rules (which will be tested upon interview) Excel and Word experience preferred
Hospital experience preferred
Excellent people skills a must
