DMV/Inventory Clerk

We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!The DMV/Inventory Clerk is responsible for the proper titling of all new, used and wholesale sales of the dealership. Should be able to carry small computer printouts and various files. Movement throughout the dealership is required.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensures that all retail transactions are processed on a timely basis, assisting as necessary.
Process all trade-in and independent purchase documentation. Maintain accurate store logs for tag and title tracking.
Ensure that the store’s tag and title work complies with all applicable state regulations.
Manage and reconcile the store’s title inventory.
Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to tag agency.
Issue refunds and collect shortages for tags and registrations.
Maintain both new and used inventory schedules
Prepare physical to GL and manufacturer inventory reconciliations
Purchase of new and used inventory vehicles
Maintain dealer trades and dealer trade schedules
Maintain various relationships with the manufacturer

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous title work preferred.Required Education:
