DC Executive Assistant for Non-Profit

Non-profit in DC seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative coordination and support to the Co-Presidents. This individual will independently screen and respond to calls and inquiries for the Co-Presidents; draft correspondence and type papers, proposals, reports, etc.; coordinate meetings and preparation of meeting materials; maintain schedules; coordinate travel; and, act as liaison between the Co-Presidents and key personnel, Center Board members, White House and Congressional staff, news media, etc. Applicants should have a college degree and 4-5 years executive assistant experience, or 2 years college and 6-7 years executive assistant experience, proficiency in MS Word (including advanced functions), 55-60 wpm, attention to detail, strong organization, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently and well under pressure, and a commitment to the work of the Center. REQUIREMENTS
