Division#: 13-0001Division Name: Consulting ServicesJob Categories: Admin/Clerical, Customer ServiceJob Responsibilities: Receives and reviews paper DSC claims and converts to electronic format. Receives and reviews DSC claims submitted in electronic format. Reviewing and processing electronic DSC claims for exception claims batches. Prepares and distributes quarterly DSC Certification of Match Forms. Tracks receipts of forms, and reports outstanding forms to management. Assists in the analyses of DSC claiming reports and reports areas of non-claiming to management. Ensures training of assigned LEAs, regarding program requirements that consistently reflect all AHCCCS and CMS requirements. Notifies Program or Project Manager(s) of any areas of concern about the LEA’s documentation in either program or about any signification program issue. Position will be cross-trained with the MAC Support Staff, and will be responsible for assisting with MAC tasks as needed. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.Education/Experience Experience in analyzing business operations (claims processing preferred); Strong capability in analysis, problem identification and problem solving; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed-oriented work environment; Ability to successfully execute many tasks simultaneously; and Ability to work closely with MAXIMUS team members.
