Customer Support Representative

Division#: 13-0001Division Name: Consulting ServicesJob Categories: Admin/Clerical, Customer ServiceJob Responsibilities: Receives, reviews, tracks RMS form for MAC operations from assigned LEAs. Receives, reviews, tracks and corrects Provider Rosters for MAC operations on a quarterly basis for assigned LEAs. Reports problems to Program Manager. Receives, reviews, tracks and corrects Student Eligibility files on a bi-annual basis for MAC operations for assigned LEAs. Reports problems to Program Manager. Tracks other MAC documentation such as Provider Responsibly forms and Training Sign in sheets. Prepares and distributes quarterly MAC Certification of Match Forms. Tracks receipts of forms, and reports outstanding forms to management. Works closely with MAXIMUS Account Managers and Program Manager to report outstanding information and errors identified in the review of Provider Rosters, Student Eligibility files, RMS forms, Certification of Match Forms, and other documentation. Notifies Program or Project Manager(s) of any areas of concern about the LEA’s documentation in either program or about any signification program issue. Position will be cross-trained with the DSC Support Staff, and will be responsible for assisting with DSC tasks as needed. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.Education/Experience Experience in analyzing business operations (claims processing preferred); Strong capability in analysis, problem identification and problem solving; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed-oriented work environment; Ability to successfully execute many tasks simultaneously; and Ability to work closely with MAXIMUS team members.
