There is an opening for a Customer Support Rep at Centrilift in Claremore, Oklahoma. This position will be responsible to receive, review, and enter incoming customer orders, quotations, contracts and letters of credit. Communicate requirements to Master Scheduling. Work with the Stockroom and Shipping to distribute the order. Interact with freight companies regarding freight charges and bills of lading. Prepare and process export documents and invoices as required. Resolve customer concerns and answer inquires related to the order delivery process. Overtime may be required. REQUIREMENTS
Will work in manufacturing environment where PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required during the course of the day. Will be required to operate basic office equipment, such as computer and training equipment. Must possess the ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Must possess the ability to understand departmental operations and procedures.
