Customer Service & other Office Openings! Start ASAP

We Currently have multiple openings at our Eastern Metro clients. Majority of these positions are looking to fill immediately! Please all qualified candidates apply!

1) Entry Level Collections - ASAP!!!
Description: Handle outgoing &/or incoming debtor calls. Will be using professional scripts, gathering information, negotiating to arrange payments. Maintain accurate and current records, determine appropriate follow up. Will be using a PC only needs basic understanding and typing ability. Will be trained on how to perform skip tracing. Need to have flexible schedule. Some weekends will be worked. Two nights a week will work 12:30pm - 9pm. Otherwise will be 7am-3:30pm. Dress code is business casual. Commission and ability to bonus is available. On average once trained in employees will bonus at about $700+/mo. Pay is $9/hr to start for entry level candidates. Anyone with collections experience also please apply they are willing to pay more for experience. Good background to have to be considered is telemarketing, sales, or other customer service having to deal with difficult clients/customers.

2) Customer Service Representatives needed ASAP for inbound call center. Description: solve customer complaints

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Six Months Related Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to type 25 Words Per Minute
Process Good Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
Process Good Math Skills
Internet Knowledge Helpful

Previous Phone and Computer Experience
Punctuality and Good Attendance
Detail Oriented
Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
Ability to Calm Down an Angry Customer
Ability to lift 15 pounds
Shift: Monday – Friday 10:30 – 7:00 PM Some Saturdays or Overtime may be required.
 
DAILY JOB RESPONSIBLILITIES:
Be prompt for work and from each break
Answer the phone in a quick and friendly fashion
Work with the Customer to Solve Issues in a fair friendly way
State Actions being taken, Including Time Frames
Listen Attentively
Take Orders / place adjusted orders / place no charge orders
Issue Credits / Refunds when needed
Give 30day price breaks
Research Product Information
E-mail Capture / Verification
Send Return Labels
Verify Customer Information on the Order
Create Coupons for customer’s future use
Track packages on the Internet
Take Catalog Requests
Work at meeting and maintaining standards
Retrieve voice mails
Customer callbacks
Call Customers on MBO’s
Other projects as needed
 
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide accurate and professional answers to customer inquiries; follow through on customer problems and complaints, other projects and tasks as assigned.

casual attire for work.  You must come to work with a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. All clothing should be of a respectable fit, length and coverage; and should reflect good taste.
