Vacation Sales Call Center Representative Job Description:
Qualifies leads and solicits orders for vacation destination packages over the telephone by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Speak to potential guests regarding accommodation vacation packages, which include a ninety-minute timeshare tour of a Westgate Resort.
•The presentation of a company-provided script to a company-provided prospect with emphasis on maximizing quality sales in a given shift.
•Fact-finding to qualify the prospect for the tour requirements.
•Basic rebutting of objections.
•Using agent logins to properly log into dialer system.
•Proper navigation and completion of lead entry and vacpac entry in vacpac system.
•Compliance with all CFI policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
•Ability to follow basic instruction.
•Ability to learn and retain skills in training.
•Ability to make decisions quickly based on vacation needs of prospect.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, converse and communicate details of vacation offer to prospect. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coaches, managers and director.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to use simple arithmetic.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
•Ability to remain seated at agent station, utilizing keyboard and monitor.
•Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Perform duties from control desk, located within call center production zones.
