Customer Service Technician - Several Florida Locations

Solectron - Wireless Division, a leader in wireless services support, has several full time permanent openings for a ENTRY LEVEL Customer Service Technician to work in Ft.Myers, Naples, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville & Panama City, FL.

The selected candidates will provide customer service and technical support for a leading wireless carrier. This individual should be a high energy, career minded individual with hands-on experience, superb customer care abilities and superior communication skills.

Job duties will include: Responsible for providing a high level of technical customer service support at a retail location. Programs, troubleshoots, tests, and performs minor repairs. Issue and if necessary exchange phones and process all warranty claims. Instruct customers on proper use of cellular phones and equipment. Completes paperwork related to service. Enters and tracks customer data using Client tracking systems.

Qualifications: 6-12 months of customer service/retail experience with strong customer service skills. Technical aptitude with retail electronics experience preferred. Ability to use positive interpersonal skills to handle customer problems. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of computers using Windows. High school diploma or equivalent required, cellular manufacturer certification preferred. Professional, neat appearance required. Ability to work retail hours required.
