Customer Service Specialist 3
This position defines and determines the procedures for providing quality customer service in a environment requiring team work, efficiency, cross-training, and continuous improvement. Maintains a detailed knowledge of industry developments to ensure that products and services are state-of-the-art. Cross-train and provide assistance to all areas of the company and to customers. Respond to customer needs in a quick and effective manner. This position’s accountabilities are measured by improved customer relations. Maintains an extensive knowledge of company products and services, and coordinates the activities of other Customer Service Reps. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. An equivalent of a Bachelor degree or equivalent or a technical degree and seven to nine years experience in sales and or related technical activities are required.
