Qualified candidate must posses an outgoing professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and be committed to customer satisfaction. Duties will include inbound communication with customers to resolve problems, answer questions, take inquiries, promote and sell programming, and order processing. Familiarity with computers and previous call center experience is a plus.
