Customer Service Representative
Manufacturing Company in the Exton, PA area is seeking a Customer Service Representative.As the Customer Service Representative, you will report to our Customer Service Manager and will have the opportunity to work in a large and diverse team environment -- using many different skills to assist both our customers and sales force.
This includes:Providing quotes.
Verifying stock.
Working closely with our customers and Field Sales Engineers.
Entering orders.
Working directly with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Working hours for this position are 9:30am - 6pm.Competitive wages are being offered.
REQUIREMENTSA passion for Customer Service and an absolute willingness to provide "value added" service to both external and internal customers.Exceptional phone presence.
Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet and integrated business/ERP systems; BaaN experience a plus.
3 plus years of experience working in a Customer Service environment relating to the sale of industrial products.
A College Degree is preferred.
Technical aptitude is a plus.
