Customer Service Representative-No Cold Calling

We have immediate openings for Study Information Specialists in our high-energy small setting call center. We currently have shifts available beginning between 6am-8am, Monday-Friday. We are also looking for individuals interested in working weekends. Afternoon/Evening shifts available based on seniority.Being a study participant interviewer is not a sales position, but applicants with customer service skills or telemarketing experience are preferred.Part-time or Full-time positions availableHours of operation are 6am-8pm; flexible schedules are great for students or busy people.Hill Top Research is a world leader in clinical product testing and conducts superior full-service clinical research for the personal care, household products, medical devices, oral care, and OTC and Rx pharmaceutical industries. •Conducting telephone interviews to determine eligibility for testing personal care products, medical products, and household products.
Inputting and maintaining computer records for participants and their families
Discussing study opportunities with participants and explaining details such as study schedules, requirements, procedures, and compensation.
No cold calling required; about 50% of your time will be inbound calls and 50% of your time will be outbound calls to Hill Top's paid volunteers who participate in research studies across North America.WHAT DO HAPPY EMPLOYEES SAY? REQUIREMENTS
We are currently seeking candidates with the following qualifications:Good communication skills required with proper English & Spanish punctuation & spelling
Basic computer usage in a Windows environment for data entry and email.Works well with others cooperatively in a dynamic multi-tasking environment.
Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required
Medical terminology a plus.
