Customer Service Representative II
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will handle incoming phone calls, providing pre-sale and post-sale support to distributors and end users. Support for fax, and e-mail inquiries/orders is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will develop an extensive knowledge of new and existing Welch Allyn product lines. You will utilize your knowledge of company business systems to process and/or follow-up on orders, answer questions on product specification, functionality, availability, service requirements and also resolve basic technical product issues and/or recommend product solutions to the customer. This position is highly interactive and involves spending approximately 80% of the time on the telephone providing information to end users, distributors, and the field sales force regarding products, scheduled deliveries, and pricing. Complementing sales and marketing efforts, you will also promote Welch Allyn products, offering special promotions and engage in up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

An Associates degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required. You must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to exceptionally multi-task. Others would say you have a positive attitude, are sensitive to customers needs, enthusiastic, and have excellent telephone and listening skills. You have knowledge of order entry systems along with extensive knowledge and use of ERP (SAP) and CRM software. Previous Call Center experience a definite plus. To be successful in this role you need familiarity with Windows based computer systems, MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes E-Mail. You may travel on a limited basis. Overtime may also be required.
