Position Descriptions:
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing world class customer service (no sales) to our independent sales force and customers. Our Customer Care Representatives receive extensive training in which they gain in-depth knowledge about Silpada’s fine sterling silver jewelry and a comprehensive understanding of our computer applications. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities include:
Handle all customer communications, both written and verbal with courtesy, confidence, accuracy and efficiency.
Consistently demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of the computer system, including web order entry.Demonstrate a proactive problem solving capability and sound judgment.Accurately communicate and educate the Representatives on policies, procedures and product line.Demonstrate a positive enthusiastic image and team spirit.Provide timely and specific feedback to manager in relation to department operations and customer issues.
The Customer Care Support is responsible for providing superior customer service to the Silpada Independent Representative through accurate and timely data entry orders, applications and recertifications.
Responsibilities include:
Handle all communications both written and verbal with courtesy, confidence, accuracy and efficiency.Accurate and timely data enter all orders, applications and recertifications.Accurately and efficiently prep all orders received via fax and mail.Reseach and process all backorder requests.Process all trackers in a timely and efficient manner.
Display a positive enthusiastic image and team spirit.Provide timely and specific feedback to manager in relation to department operations and customer issues.
The Silpada Designs Story as told by our Founders:
Our start came from just being friends, a couple of moms, who both happen to really love jewelry — especially fine Sterling Silver Jewelry. For us, part of the fun had always been shopping for really special and unique designs, so it was exciting when our friends would often ask, "I love your jewelry, where did you get it?" As we continued to pursue our own personal passion for Sterling Silver, this seemed to become more and more common until we thought, "We should start our own business!"
That's where our journey began. From there, we started with $25 from our grocery fund, a love of Sterling Silver Jewelry and a dream to share the fun we were having with others. One party quickly led to another and another…and another until, before we knew it, we were hosting parties every week and selling more jewelry than we had ever imagined. It wasn't long before Hostesses and Customers began telling us, "You look like you are having so much fun. We wish we could have your jobs!"
So in 1997, after six years and hundreds of successful parties, we took the next logical step and Silpada Designs was born. We created an exclusive line of Silpada Designs Sterling Silver Jewelry and our very first Silpada Designs Catalog. Friends and Customers became independent Silpada Designs Representatives, and we realized our dream of running our own business. Today, there are thousands of independent Representatives across the nation chasing their dreams. We're happy to say that a business we started in our basement is helping to bring each of their dreams to life.
Our story goes to show that with a little passion and a sincere desire to help others, anything is possible.
