Customer Service Representative - Covington, KY

Customer service associates will assist with the retention of Fidelity's asset base while providing customer support and education to their clients.



Customer service associates are the primary point of contact for customer inquires regarding employer sponsored benefit plans. The CSA will identify customer needs and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.



Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries in a professional manner while adhering to average handle-time guidelines

Use good judgment to solve customer issues

Process transactions accurately based on client's needs

Effectively arrive at the right solution for the client using internal resources such as computer systems, online resources and business partner relationships

Following up with customers on unresolved issues

REQUIREMENTS


Candidates must be able to:

Computer proficiency
