Customer Service Representative ( Call Center CSR )
Seeking call center representatives to take inbound calls from credit card holders providing account information and resolving account questions and problems. If you love to talk on the phone and deliver outstanding customer service our call center is looking for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
Provides extensive information to cardholder regarding such items as account balance, last payment, how the billing system works, and how interest is calculated.
Researches accounts in order to provide information, such as reasons for holds on accounts and reasons charges were declines.
Makes decisions concerning removal or adjustment of finance charges, late fees and over limit fees. Completes forms as necessary.
Researches accounts in order to determine source of problematic authorizations and makes decisions regarding removal of authorizations.
Provides information to cardholders relating to the dispute process.]
Records appropriate comments on customer accounts.
Provides information to corporate clients regarding cardholder accounts. Takes actions as requested by client.
Handles lost/stolen card report.
Keys address changes.
Completes balance transfers.
Complies with all applicable regulations.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) a minimum of 1 year call center customer service support stable work history requiredCredit Card/financial institution experience and a plus.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Mon-Tues-Thurs 4:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm-6:00pm PART-TIME
Mon-Tues-Thurs-Sat 10:00am-7:00pm
Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri 1:00pm-10:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm
Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri-Sat 1:00pm-10:00pm
