Merchant Care Representative-Customer Service/Data Entry/Call Center AND Data Entry- Intake, Typing, Input, Processing

San Clemente based company seeking enthusiastic Merchant Care Representative (customer service/data entry) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment helping people. We are ALSO seeking a responsible data entry representative to review and enter extremely sensitive information.

We have TWO full-time positions available in our in-bound customer service/call center. The goals of the department are to:

-Review incoming forms with attention to detail and enter in to database.
-Maintain daily files within the department and handle sensitive documents
-Respond to requests/resolves issues.
-Provide courtesy and professionalism over the phone.
-Assist in meeting end of month, quarter, and year deadlines.
-Assist with departmental projects.
-Be proactive, flexible, and helpful to co-workers.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the team atmosphere; have a great attitude, excellent communication skills, and work effectively with others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner. Our department is a small but fun environment in a large and growing company!

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus! Some college preferred not required. Located in San Clemente. No agencies/No phone calls please. Full benefits included.
REQUIREMENTS
-Computer literate, knowledge of Word and Excel, excellent data entry/typing skills and 10 key. Average of 45 wpm. May be tested.
-Proficient in math, grammar and English skills.
-At least 6 months of customer service experience.
-Attention to detail and organization skills.
-Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
-Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills.
-Call Center experience helpful.
