We currently are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
Take incoming calls from customers answering questions and taking orders.

Provide excellent customer service in all aspects to customers.

Maintain team environment through flexibility and positive attitude.

Maintain product knowledge to facilitate sales goals through all means provided by the company as well as self-sustained education.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2 years phone customer service and/or sales experience, basic PC skills, and willingness/ability to learn are required.

Ability to work independently and with a team, and make decisions quickly and logically.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Must possess the ability to deal with others efficiently, professionally and diplomatically.

Must be detailed oriented.
