Customer Service Representative 3
Responds to complex service requests and complaints over the phone. Works with customer to provide basic trouble shooting techniques over the phone. Informs customers about services. Investigates complaints. Adjusts complaints and ensures maximum good will from transactions. Reports number and types of complaints. Keep supervisors informed of service trends. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and five to six years of relevant work experience with at least three to five years customer service experience are required.
