Bartech Technical Services is a premier minority owned Technical and Professional Staffing company. We are currently hiring experienced Customer Service Rep.s for a long term contract opportunity that offers medical benefits and paid holidays. (possible temp to hire)

Hours of operation will be staggered shifts. Shift could start as early as 8am and work as late as late as 9pm. Some Saturdays may be required, so flexibility is a must! Various shifts that are 8 hours each.

The primary purpose of this position is to answer incoming telephone inquiries on the 800 lines utilizing the appropriate system, and to reference materials to resolve inquiries on the initial phone call regarding open enrollment for insurance policy holders. extensive documentation and 100% accuracy is required.
•Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
•Provide customer service response to web inquires, documenting 100% of all responses.
•Serve as back-up to the Benefit Technicians


This is a call center environment.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Call center exp. a must! (preferably in insurance environment)

This position requires an individual who operates under minimal direction and takes ownership of problems. The associate must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as good listening skills. Organization and analytical skills are a must.

The associate must complete training, (perfect attendance in training is a MUST or could lead to termination of the assignment)

Must be able to pay customer service assesments.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Must have a high school diploma. Some college is preferred.
