Customer Service Rep I **Open House** Career Event

**OPEN HOUSE** Walk-In Wednesday's, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at 4109 Gandy Blvd. Tampa, FL. 33611 (bring your resume).

Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. May respond to faxes and emails. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. May research issues or transfer to a research function. REQUIREMENTS




This position is located in the Consumer Prime unit of the Tampa call center. A minimum of 1 plus years of strong customer service experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Displays high motivation and is considered a self-starter. Strong computer skills in a Windows environment. Experience using computers to enter and retrieve information from a database. Call center and Cross-selling/up selling experience is a plus.



Full-Time schedules; 8:00am-4:30pm (off Tu.,Su.) or 9:00am-5:30pm (off Wed.,Sa.)

Paid training class begins October 2nd.
