Customer Service Regional Rep

This Customer Service Rep domiciled in Shreveport will travel extensively and be responsible for training, auditing and working OS & D issues throughout the region. Full-time, 1st shift.

Will train other CSR personnel in the handling of day-to-day interaction, procedures, problem resolution, etc. with customers, company Drivers and other internal/external contacts. Will conduct internal audits in the region's various terminal locations and resolve overages/shortages/damaged freight issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Will have excellent phone/general office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Types min 30 wpm. Computer literate. Previous customer service exp preferably in a LTL truck environment. Strong people skills with ability to train and communicate effectively. Ability to travel (overnight) extensively.
