As a Customer Service/Patient Care Advocate, you’ll handle customer service inquiries from members, providers, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. You’ll also research and resolve problems, assist members in understanding and maximizing their use of their pharmacy benefits, use a computerized system to gather information and respond to questions, and related reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably a call center environment
Excellent oral, phone presentation, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions
PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail
Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak call times
