Customer Service-Order Entry Clerk

Processes work orders with a high level of accuracy through phone calls / e-mail / electronic work orders / Plan-room.
b. Processes and distributes orders to departments or other stores as required.
c. Notifies dispatch through software of deliveries required from orders taken.

Monitors orders sent electronically:
a. View orders / check for accuracy of information / call customers with questions or issues with time frame required, and distribute to production departments.
b. Logs orders in dispatch system
c. Clears out jobs on order monitor when completed.

Interfaces with customers as a front-line representative for the company.
a. Responds to incoming calls from customers and takes appropriate actions.
b. Interacts with other departments to facilitate the best customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with Microsoft products, ability to use a PC keyboard and proficient with the MS filing systems.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and phone skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a great attitude towards customer service.
