Customer Service Lead Associate - Wilmington, DE

The Customer Service Lead Associate (Floater) will perform duties of existing account associates in the areas of mail, Asset Return, shuttle, distribution, and shipping and receiving during periods of absence or overflow. The account support associate will be cross trained in each department of all PBMS / Sprint staffed accounts. The account support associate may be required to assume different roles (account associate to customer services supervisor) in each operational area depending on account expectations.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Each account support associate will report to the Customer Services Manager. Monthly meetings will be conducted with CSM regarding feedback and objectives for PBMS / Sprint accounts.
JOB DUTIES
*Maintain communication with COM for location requiring coverage before, during, and following coverage regarding issues in account.
*Cross train in each area of operation within accounts to ensure daily responsibilities within account are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
*Troubleshoot returned undeliverable, misdirected, and miscellaneous packages to ensure expedited delivery to the recipient. Maintain proper communication with all parties involved.
*Monitor daily activities throughout operation and provide proper training and communication with associates and customers as required.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accountability reports for each area of operation as required.
*Perform key operator responsibilities which include: inventorying paper, delivering paper, performing copier sweeps, inventorying toner, delivering toner, adding toner, placing service calls, and taking accurate monthly meter readings, galley stocking, serve as point of contact for external vendors.
*Perform shuttle and Asset Return duties as required while adhering to safety regulations and requirements.
