Customer Service Lead Associate-Mail, South Phoenix

We offer on-site management of correspondence and high-volume production mail, reprographics, facsimile, records, desktop publishing, electronic documents, print-on-demand, as well as print and business recovery solutions.

PBMS is currently seeking a full time Light Maintenance/Mail/Reception Lead candidate who is customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment at a One Person Site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare materials for mailing including: addressing, stuffing envelopes and making labels.
Ensure that all mail and packages are properly labeled for mailing, with correct postage utilizing automatic postage meter machines.
Verify and correct mail using available tools.
Sort, deliver and pick-up mail and packages according to established time frames and service standards.
Receive and log all incoming items, letters and packages, including certified, registered, return receipt, Federal Express and DHL.
Keep manager advised of associate or employee moves or requests, and other related matters.

Handle facilities coordination.along with vendor tickets

Handle light maintenace repairs to include but not limited to; replacing light bulbs and utilizing basic hand tools.

Responsible for reception area and front office duties
Assist with security and monthly measurement reports as required

Act as point of contact for customer regarding day-to-day operations
Oversee work procedures; ensure that deadlines are met; prioritize workload assignments

Validate accuracy of logs, records and measurements
Coordinate any special projects or requests
Make recommendations on equipment in need of repair or replacement
Ensure the highest levels of customer care
Ensure adherence to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience


Minumum 6 months experience with Facilities Coordination preferred

Experience in reception/switchboard/mail area preferred
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs
Lifting up to 55 pounds
Standing for long periods of time
Significant walking

Flexibility with work schedule when required
