Customer Service & Helpdesk Agents

IT Service company looking for a Customer Service Professionals at an Entertainment client location. Three full-time positions available with w/ Benefits. A Qualified candidate will be self-motivated and detail orientated. We have both technical and non technical position within the Helpdesk Support team.. REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Professional, you will monitor ongoing performance of multiple IT Support Teams. You will audit trouble ticket information for quality and timeliness of completion.

Other related duties include:

·Provide weekly reports outlining all aging, resolved and queue snapshots for Desktop, Network Services, Telecom and additional groups when requested

·Assist client management with the creation of departmental documentation procedures

·Daily manage all Help Desk queues to ensure proper resolution of all requests and/or issues

·Implementation/Discussions on improvements for the Customer Service Group and all other groups utilizing Remedy Service Console


Helpdesk

We have two positions available on our 24x7 I/T Helpdesk. We have both day and eve schedules available.

Minimum 2yrs IT experience, A+ Certification, MS Office Suite, Remote Support, Remedy. Qualified candidates must have exceptional telephone communication skills.
